SC ENTERTAINMENT undertakes to comply at all times with this Privacy Policy, in accordance with the guiding principles established in the Personal Data Protection Law, as mentioned below:

    • Any personal data collected in the "Complaints and Claims" Personal Database may only be transferred domestically, with respect to SC ENTERTAINMENT and administrative entities.
    • Any personal data collected in the "Clients" Personal Database may only be transferred domestically, with respect to SC ENTERTAINMENT and administrative entities. The international transfer (cross-border flow) will be carried out with the company BetConstruct, located in Armenia, whose purpose lies in the provision of web hosting and data processing services, with respect to our registered customers through our website.

 

In this regard, SC ENTERTAINMENT guarantees adequate protection level to users’ personal data concerning personal data transfer, in accordance with a protection comparable to that provided by the Law or by international standards on the matter.
